Landscape Team Member (Seasonal Support)

Who We Are:

We are a design and build firm based in Portsmouth, Rhode Island that creates pretty cool high-end landscapes throughout coastal New England. From site planning to finished stonework and plantings, we design, build, and maintain spaces that feel timeless, intentional, and uniquely tailored to each property.

Our landscape team plays a hands-on role in bringing projects to life and keeping properties looking their best. You’ll rotate between our divisions based on workload, gaining experience in multiple aspects of landscape construction, planting, and maintenance.

Your Day & Team Looks Like:

Your day starts at 6:45 AM at our Portsmouth office with a quick team meeting and vehicle load-up. From there, you’ll head out to whichever division needs support that day. You might help the construction crew move materials or prep for a patio one day, assist with planting or mulching the next, and finish the week helping the fine gardening team on one of our estate properties.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to learn the full process of professional landscape design and construction. Every day looks a little different, and you’ll get to experience what goes into creating and maintaining some of the best properties in coastal Rhode Island.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with landscape construction, planting, and general maintenance tasks

• Loading, unloading, and moving materials on active job sites

• Helping with mulching, edging, and cleanup work as needed

• Supporting fine gardening and construction crews depending on workload

• Maintaining clean, organized tools, vehicles, and job sites

• Following directions from crew leaders and learning on the job

• Working safely and efficiently in a team environment

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from our Portsmouth office

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

• Prior landscaping or construction experience preferred but not required
