
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled mechanic with experience working on commercial vehicles, primarily Ford Super Duty trucks, as well as heavy equipment (primarily diesel Kubota excavators/track loaders), and general small-engine equipment.
This role is part-time, with a flexible schedule. More hours are requested during the spring/fall season when large repairs/enhancements are made.
While we are flexible with most scheduling, the candidate must be able to be on-call during snow storms for emergency repairs.
Responsibilities
Perform routine and corrective maintenance on company vehicles and equipment
Track maintenance and repairs using a fleet management program
Schedule preventative maintenance and inspections
Support parts, tools, and equipment purchasing
Organize and maintain a clean, efficient shop space
Act as the day-to-day shop manager for fleet operations

Part-time position
1–2 days per week, advancement to full-time available
Flexible scheduling
Must be able to respond to emergency call-outs during snow storms for emergency repairs.
