About the Role
Have a passion for lawncare? We are searching for additional full-time, lightly experienced crew members to work full-time from April 15th to December 15th, with part-time positions available from January 16th to March 16th. This physical labor position requires you to work outside in all weather conditions, including rain, cold, heat, and snow.
Work Hours: M-F, 6:45 am to 4:00 pm, later during the summer months. Typically, one Saturday per month during the busy season is expected. We also offer optional Saturdays to sign up for overtime. You may be required to work outside of these hours during busy events or parts of the season. On-Call during the winter months (24/7). Responsibilities and Duties: A typical day at Hanley starts at 7:15 am. Candidates should be able to: Show up on time every day. Complete all assigned work when scheduled, within budget, and to customer's satisfaction. Complete assigned service calls when scheduled, possibly independently. Attend weekly crew meetings. Keep trucks/equipment clean and organized. Proactively notify mechanics of equipment needing repairs. Wear the employee uniform with the shirt tucked in. Is a Background Check required for this position? Candidates must submit to a background check and during the length of employment as dictated by the contract. Candidates must be able to apply for, pass, and maintain a DBIDs / NACI Clearance for the United States Navy. Out Of State Work: Employees may occasionally be required to work out of state for short periods. If the area is in an extended range, we provide temporary housing (AirBnB, Hotel), transportation, and additional pay.
