Who We Are: 

We are a design and build firm based in Portsmouth, Rhode Island that creates pretty cool high-end landscapes throughout coastal New England. From site planning to finished stonework and plantings, we design, build, and maintain spaces that feel timeless, intentional, and uniquely tailored to each property.

Our construction team turns those designs into reality, crafting patios, walls, and outdoor spaces that stop people in their tracks. We’re known for doing beautiful, detailed work that lasts for decades, and we take pride in doing it right.

Your Day & Team Looks Like:

Your day starts at 6:45 AM at our Portsmouth office with a quick team meeting, a little coffee talk, and loading up for the day’s project. From there, you’re off to build some of the most impressive landscapes in Rhode Island. Think custom patios, dry-laid walls, stone walkways, and steps that look like they’ve been there forever.

You’ll work alongside a crew of talented masons and craftspeople who take their craft seriously but know how to have fun doing it. Some days you’ll be cutting and fitting stone, other days you’ll be setting the final piece that ties an entire design together. We build spaces you’ll be proud to drive by and say, we did that.

We stay busy year-round, building cool, high-end projects through every season.

You Are:

You like working with your hands, thinking creatively, and leaving every site better than you found it.

Responsibilities Include:

• Building patios, walkways, steps, and walls using natural stone, brick, or pavers

• Setting accurate grades and foundations that make everything fit perfectly

• Cutting, shaping, and setting stone with precision

• Working with mortar, adhesive, or dry-laid applications depending on the project

• Operating saws, compactors, and layout tools safely and efficiently

• Collaborating with the construction team and site foreman to bring designs to life

• Maintaining clean, organized tools, trucks, and job sites

• Helping train and guide newer crew members who want to learn the trade

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of masonry, stonework, or hardscape experience (required)

• Ability to read and interpret construction or landscape plans

• Strong understanding of layout, grading, and materials

• Experience with saws, compactors, and masonry tools

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about quality

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Portsmouth office

• Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs and working outdoors in all weather

• OSHA-10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
